We are a coalition of professionals who mobilize and communicate the needs of the Black and African American community. The task force organizes through webinars, outreach, collaboration, and partnerships. To include but not be limited to:

• Develop short term and long-term advocacy goals
• Cultivate outreach resources
• Develop template resolutions around board and state policy
• Develop and foster leadership strategies to increase the upward mobility of African American
  educators
